Capital Projects Administrator

Job Responsibility:

The Project Administrator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of projects from initiation through completion. They are responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining project documentation, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Also assisting with applications for funding and reporting to funding agencies.

Responsibilities:

· Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.

· Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.

· Assist in the preparation of project proposals, timeframes, and schedules.

· Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.

· Support budget tracking and resource allocation.

· Schedule and organize meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items.

· Ensure standards and requirements are met through quality assurance checks.

· Assist with procurement and invoicing processes when necessary.

· Use project management tools to monitor performance.

· Assist with communications, proposals, and reports.

· Other duties as assigned. Qualifications:

· Proven work experience as a Project Administrator, Coordinator, or similar role.

· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management software.

· Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (preferred).

· Ability to speak and understand the Cree language.

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
