**We Are Looking For:**

A dynamic and creative Cafe Kitchen Supervisor who shares our passion for food, cooking, and crafting new and exciting sandwiches. The ideal candidate will not only be at the forefront of our open kitchen, cooking and engaging with our customers, but will also efficiently manage the behind-the-scenes operations including inventory, cost control, and menu development.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead and inspire a cafe team with enthusiasm and passion.
• Prepare and cook sandwiches, soups, and salads in an open kitchen setting, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation.
• Develop innovative menu items and seasonal specials, keeping up with food trends and customer preferences.
• Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient operation and minimal waste.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and cleanliness in accordance with regulations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, handling customer queries and feedback with professionalism and care.
• Collaborate with the cafe management team to enhance overall performance and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications:**

• Proven experience in a kitchen management role, preferably in a high-visibility or interactive cooking environment.
• A strong passion for culinary arts, with a creative flair for developing new recipes and menus.
• Outstanding customer service skills, with experience in direct customer interaction.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a food service setting.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• At least 3 years of experience in a comparable kitchen or café setting is required.
• Capable of providing guidance and suggestions for enhancing café operational processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
