In this role, you will implement and modify z/OS while providing essential support for hardware refresh projects. Your proficiency in software packaging, coupled with strong incident and problem management skills, will enhance overall system performance. You'll also handle key responsibilities in software upgrades and audits effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute MVS software installations in officer repository
• Lead software packaging and z/OS upgrades
• Coordinate ITIL incident/problem/change management
• Support disaster recovery drills and planning
• Deliver reliable 24/7 on-call assistance
Requirements:
• 7+ years in z/OS programming; at least 3+ years z/Linux
• Proven disaster recovery and MVS experience
• Competency in ITIL processes
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
• Capacity to prioritize and balance multiple tasks
