- Clean and sanitize food preparation equipment and dishes
- Sweep, mop, and spot clean floors daily
- Empty trash and change liners as necessary
- Monitor dish machine water temperature for sanitation
- Maintain organized storage areas and clean tableware
- Awareness of safety regulations and sanitation practices
- Ability to maintain a professional image while working
- Strong commitment to equity and diversity
