- Partner with Total Rewards to enhance employee lifecycle processes
- Monitor employee inquiries to identify improvement opportunities
- Optimize the Employee Portal and Chatbot performance
- Drive HR technology enhancements with local implementation
- 6+ years in HR Operations or employee lifecycle management
- Strong analytical skills and customer centric mindset
- Proven experience with Workday and reporting
- Knowledge of HR systems and case management tools
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Data Science
