Elevate client satisfaction as Sephora's Client Experience Manager in Windsor, Ontario. Lead, train, and inspire the Stage team to create unforgettable shopping experiences. In this full-time role, you will coach Beauty Advisors and ensure they deliver exceptional client service. Your responsibilities will include executing training sessions, responding to client feedback, and managing in-store events. Collaborating with the Beauty Services team, you will support sales objectives while enhancing store aesthetics through effective visual merchandising. Key Responsibilities:
- Train new and existing Beauty Advisors thoroughly
- Address client feedback via Medallia and direct interactions
- Manage in-store events with proper staffing
- Assist in visual merchandising and inventory replenishment
- Foster positive vendor relationships and feedback loops
- 2-4 years of management experience in beauty or retail
- Proven track record of motivating teams to achieve goals
- Ability to handle tough managerial conversations
- Strong skills in team building and talent development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
