Century 21 Kingdom Realty is a new full-service Real Estate Brokerage in Pickering Ontario.
We are seeking an REAL ESTATE secretary to join our team for the office. We are part of Century 21 big brand franchise and are working towards being the number one Brokerage in the region.
Duties will include but not limited to:
Attending phone calls.
Front desk support
Confirming appoints to other brokerages
Loading MLS listings
Other operations of secretary
Handling incoming emails by responding to them in a timely manner
Effectively manage and adhere to the systems in the deals department to assist with the growth of the company
Following up with agents about outstanding documents
Uploading documents into a paperless system
Previous real estate experience is an asset.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word & Excel)
Strong data entry skills and excellent attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A team player that works well under pressure and has the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentPost-Secondary education in a related discipline, related working experience, and experience with the Broker Wolf accounting system would be an asset.
