A day in the life of a Partner Support Representative:

Provide exceptional customer service to ensure our Partners experience consistent quality.

Address Partner inquiries and requests via inbound calls and emails with prompt and effective responses.

Engage with Partners through probing questions to thoroughly understand and address their specific needs.

Act as a trusted liaison between our Partners and various departments at LendCare.

Take accountability to solve partner issues from beginning to end.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center/contact center role.

Competency in MS Office (Word, Excel); ability to learn new software applications.

Ability to work Saturdays

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada on a full-time basis at the time of application; Employee discounts on furniture, electronics, and appliances.

We are offering $18.10/hour CAD for this role, plus the opportunity to earn performance bonuses.
