The Maintenance Operator will perform general maintenance at the property in HVAC building operations lights/tubes and ballast maintenance light lenses ceiling tiles systems furniture plumbing maintenance snow removal and electrical/mechanical maintenance.

This position will champion the JLL Culture of Communication Collaboration and Trust while performing the following duties:

Respond to tenant and user service calls and complaints as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Change lights tubes and lenses as well as clean light fixtures.

Provide assistance as directed to other building operations staff in the areas of preventative maintenance electrical maintenance etc.

Provide maintenance services in the area of plumbing i.e. fixtures taps washers flush valves etc.

Provide handyman services in the area of general repairs such as flooring touch-up painting locks and hardware ceiling tiles etc.

Perform routine inspection and maintain records on HVAC equipment.

Perform water treatment testing and analysis adjust and modify chemical feed to ensure proper levels are being maintained.

Act as relief for other similar positions whose incumbent may be absent from time-to-time.

Complete custodial housekeeping tasks in the mechanical/electrical areas

Perform other related duties as required and assigned from time-to-time

Basic Interpersonal skills demonstrating professionalism and commitment to service excellence

Basic verbal and written communication skills

1-2 years experience in general building repairs/operations preferred

Estimated compensation for this position:

57750..00 CAD per year

This range represents the estimated base salary and actual compensation may differ. Final base salary is determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications location market conditions and internal considerations. Some roles and employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses benefits or other compensation.
