Job Responsibilities:
Manage weekly bookkeeping and accounting using Xero. Create, review, and send invoices to clients. Reconcile invoices, customer payments, bank accounts, and credit card transactions. Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up with clients regarding overdue payments. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Record and categorize expenses, purchases, and financial transactions. Upload and organize receipts and financial documents using Hubdoc and Xero. Prepare monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss Statements and Balance Sheets. Communicate with clients regarding invoices, payments, scheduling, and service requests. Maintain accurate customer records and accounting documentation. Assist management with general administrative and office duties. Ensure financial records are accurate, organized, and up to date. Required Skills: Strong experience with Xero accounting software. Knowledge of Canadian bookkeeping, GST, and Saskatchewan PST. Experience with invoicing, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and office software. Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
