- Support bid processes and host industry training seminars
- University degree with 15 years of experience
- Existing professional registration, e.g., P.Geo or P.Eng.
- Strong understanding of Ontario's environmental services
- Proven leadership skills in business development
- Ability to mentor junior staff and manage projects
