Deine Mission

Als Revenue Systems & Sales Operations Manager (m/w/d) verantwortest Du den Aufbau und die Optimierung unserer Vertriebs- und CRM-Systeme.

Du sorgst dafür, dass Daten, Prozesse und Automatisierungen perfekt ineinandergreifen und eine skalierbare Vertriebsmaschine entsteht.

Du denkst in Customer Journeys, Conversion Rates und Systemen – nicht in einzelnen Aufgaben.

️ Deine Aufgaben

Strategische Weiterentwicklung unserer CRM- und Sales-Operations-Struktur
Entwicklung und Verantwortung einer skalierbaren CRM-Roadmap
Analyse, Optimierung und Automatisierung bestehender Vertriebsprozesse
Aufbau leistungsstarker CRM-Workflows und Integrationen
Definition und Tracking zentraler KPIs wie Conversion Rate, Pipeline-Performance und Customer Value
Aufbau einer sauberen Reporting- und Datenstruktur
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Founder, Marketing-, Sales- und Funnel-Team
Identifikation neuer Effizienz- und Wachstumspotenziale
Mittel- bis langfristig: Aufbau und Koordination eines kleinen Operations-Teams
Direktes Reporting an die Geschäftsführung

Das bringst Du mit

3+ Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich CRM, Sales Operations oder Revenue Operations
Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Aufbau oder in der Optimierung von CRM-Prozessen
Tiefes Verständnis für Customer Journeys und Vertriebsprozesse
Strategisches Denken kombiniert mit Hands-on-Mentalität
Sehr starke analytische Fähigkeiten und datengetriebenes Arbeiten
Erfahrung mit CRM-, Automatisierungs- und Reporting-Tools
Unternehmerisches Mindset, Eigenverantwortung und klare Kommunikation
Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und sehr gutes Englisch
