Licensed Life Insurance Advisor

Use your LLQP license to advise insurance clients, resolve concerns, and support policy relationships through clear, empathetic communication.

This Customer Support Advisor role serves clients throughout their policy lifetime. You will provide insurance advice, answer policy inquiries, manage payments, and address complaints. The work combines relationship management, retention, service, and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle policy updates, coverage adjustments, claims intake, and refunds
• Provide accurate insurance advice about features, benefits, and coverage
• Resolve complaints and inquiries with empathy and professionalism
• Document interactions and follow compliance and quality guidelines
• Maintain licenses across applicable life insurance jurisdictions

Requirements:

• LLQP certification, minimum Ontario
• One to two years of call centre experience
• Experience in customer service, sales, or relationship management
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer engagement strategies
• Accuracy explaining financial and policy-related matters
