We're currently recruiting a Licensed Life Insurance Advisor in Ontario who's committed to helping clients protect their future and plan smarter for homeownership. With a steady pipeline of pre-qualified, motivated leads, you'll be able to focus on what truly matters—delivering meaningful advice and building lasting relationships.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Understand each client's financial picture and design custom insurance plans to fit their needs
• Recommend suitable life insurance products—term, whole life, and universal options
• Guide clients on income protection, estate planning, and financial preparedness
• Build lasting client relationships through transparent communication and ongoing support
• Manage all documentation, applications, and compliance tasks with precision
• Keep informed on product changes, regulatory updates, and market trends
• Recognize additional ways to serve clients with complementary financial services

What You Bring to the Role:

• A valid LLQP license and authorization to sell life insurance in Ontario
• At least 3 years' experience in insurance, financial services, or advisory roles
• A proven ability to connect with clients and deliver consultative, needs-based solutions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfort using CRM platforms and technology to manage daily workflow
• A proactive mindset and a dedication to long-term client success
