Job Responsibility:
Insight Academy of Canada is an online high school catering to Grades 9-12. Our growing team is looking for a dynamic, driven and highly organized person to join our team. Ideally this person has an administrative background in secondary schools and works well under pressure both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deal with task requirements as requested by the office staff
- Complementing the team in helping to maintain all administrative responsibilities related to the school's needs
- Be able to adapt in a fast-paced, performance driven team environment
- Take accountability to solve issues from beginning to end
- Incorporate feedback on a regular basis, to improve your personal and professional development
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Mandarin/Chinese
- G-License
- Prior experience working in secondary schools (Preferred)
- Prior experience with making meeting schedules and using computer software to track time sheets and financial data will be a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills both in person and on the phone
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and produce accurate results
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel and Adobe products)
