Carloft Orleans is looking for an ambitious, customer-focused Subprime Finance Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a passion for automotive finance, enjoys working with lenders, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment.
You'll work closely with customers, lenders, and sales professionals to structure approvals, secure financing, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while building long-term relationships.

What You'll Do
- Structure and secure financing solutions for customers with diverse credit situations.
- Build strong relationships with banks, manufacturer finance companies, and subprime lenders.
- Present and sell finance products including:
- Extended warranties
- Mechanical breakdown protection
- GAP coverage
- Credit protection products
- Other aftermarket products and services
- Prepare and process all required finance documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Manage contract funding, submissions, registrations, and lender communications.
- Maintain full compliance with OMVIC, provincial, and federal regulations.
- Stay current on lender programs, incentives, finance options, and dealership initiatives.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from approval through vehicle delivery.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to maximize approvals and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively.
What We're Looking For
- Previous Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) experience preferred.
- Experience working with subprime lenders and credit-challenged customers is a strong asset.
- OMVIC certification is considered an asset.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and finance targets.
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment.
- Strong computer skills and experience using dealership management systems.
- Positive attitude with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
Compensation
Expected Earnings: $96,000 to $120,000+ annually
