Part-Time Reception

Orleans Toyota is looking for a PART-TIME   RECEPTIONIST

Availability required from 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday

Position overview:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers arriving for service and sales appointments , ensuring they are directed to the appropriate advisor or staff member.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the correct department or team member in a courteous and professional manner.
• Process debit, credit, and cash payments accurately and efficiently.
• Count and balance your cash at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Prepare personalized key tags for the following day’s service appointments.
• Print maintenance menus for upcoming appointments.
• Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling service-related inquiries.
• Keep the reception and waiting areas clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Monitor customer needs in the waiting area (e.g., keeping the coffee station tidy and stocked, ensuring the space remains welcoming).
• Provide light clerical support to staff as needed, including handling paperwork and assisting with special projects.
• Maintain Drive Centric
• Assist with closing internal work orders
• Additional duties as required by management

Requirements:

• Fluent in French and English is required
• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but not required
• Previous customer service experience is required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
