Sustainability & Impact (S&I) Operations Support

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and/or Client office at a minimum 4 days per week - subject to change at any time. The successful candidate will manage budgeting activities, support event and webcast coordination, maintain reporting dashboards, assist with calendar and project management, and provide responsive user support. This position requires a highly organized individual who can manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Your future duties and responsibilities
• Managing budget tracking, invoice processing, and financial reconciliation
• Coordinating calendars, meetings, and leadership presentations
• Supporting activation requests, vendor coordination, and event logistics
• Assisting with webcast production, accessibility, and translation coordination
• Building and maintaining dashboards, KPI tracking, and reporting
• Providing operational and user support while identifying process improvement opportunities
• Supporting cross-functional projects and implementation activities Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, operations support, technical support, or related roles
• Experience working on sustainability, corporate social responsibility (CSR), or impact-related projects and operational support initiatives
• Strong experience with budget management, financial tracking, and reporting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data queries
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management abilities
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset
Preferred Qualifications
• Lean Six Sigma certification or process improvement experience
• Experience with business process mapping and workflow documentation
• Exposure to sustainability, CSR, or impact-focused environments
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation development skills
• Experience using reporting and dashboard tools such as Tableau or Power BI
