Nous recherchons un Scrum Master afin de rejoindre notre équipe de conseillers du bureau de Québec ou de Montréal dans le cadre d'un poste permanent.
Ce poste est en mode hybride.
Agissant à titre de conseiller / consultant de Chrome Technologies, le candidat interviendra auprès de nos clients dans la réalisation des projets qu'ils nous ont confiés.
Tâches
- Accompagner les équipes dans l'adoption et l'application des pratiques Agile afin de maximiser la valeur livrée. Faciliter la collaboration, élimine les obstacles à la progression des équipes, soutient l'amélioration continue et favorise l'atteinte des objectifs de livraison dans un environnement de travail performant et auto-organisé.
- Le Scrum Master agit comme facilitateur et coach Agile auprès de plusieurs équipes TI multidisciplinaires. Son rôle consiste à améliorer la productivité, favoriser l'auto-organisation des équipes et assurer l'atteinte des objectifs de livraison dans un environnement Agile.
- Responsabilités clés
- Accompagner les équipes dans l'application des principes Agile.
- Faciliter les cérémonies Scrum et les ateliers de travail.
- Éliminer les obstacles qui ralentissent les équipes.
- Soutenir les responsables d'architecture.
- Favoriser la collaboration entre les équipes et les parties prenantes.
- Promouvoir l'amélioration continue.
- Contribuer à l'évolution de la culture Agile de l'organisation.
Contrairement à un Scrum Master traditionnel responsable d'une seule équipe, le rôle s'apparente souvent à celui d'un Chargé d'équipe Agile supervisant simultanément plusieurs équipes et intervenant dans des enjeux organisationnels plus larges, notamment la coordination interéquipes, l'amélioration des pratiques Agile et l'accompagnement du changement.
Exigences
- Maîtrise des cadres Agile.
- Connaissance des outils de gestion tels que : Jira, Confluence, Teams, SharePoint
- Leadership d'influence.
- Capacité de coaching.
- Excellentes habiletés de communication.
- Animation d'ateliers et facilitation.
- Gestion du changement.
- Travail collaboratif.
- Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en TI.
- Minimum de 3 ans dans un rôle de gestion ou d'accompagnement d'équipe.
- Certification Agile.
- Connaissance du secteur de l'assurance.
- Expérience dans un environnement de transformation numérique à grande échelle.
