Legal Counsel - Corporate & Securities (Remote)

Altus Group is seeking a Legal Counsel to join our global legal team. Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel & Assistant Corporate Secretary, you will support public company obligations, strategic transactions, and long-term growth initiatives.
You will collaborate with Finance, Corporate Development, senior leadership, and external advisors on matters that influence the company's strategy and market presence.
