Lead, Go to Market Intelligence

The Opportunity

The Revenue Operations team at Euna Solutions is building the intelligence layer that tells our sellers which public sector agencies to pursue, why, and when. As Lead, Go to Market Intelligence, you will own the account and contact data foundation, Intent-to-Buy and Propensity-to-Buy scoring models, ICP and segmentation, competitive intelligence, and the FOIA strategy that converts public records into commercial insight. If you want to own a function end-to-end and see your models directly shape how a sales team deploys its time, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do

• Design, validate, and continuously recalibrate Intent-to-Buy and Propensity-to-Buy scoring models, measuring performance against actual closed outcomes
• Own account and contact data standards across completeness, accuracy, and coverage, and drive remediation rather than stopping at reporting the problem
• Translate ICP and segmentation analysis into targeting rules and prioritized account lists the field can execute against, not just a slide
• Own competitive intelligence across win/loss patterns by segment and solution, and convert findings into positioning inputs Sales and Marketing can use in live deals
• Manage enrichment vendor selection, ingestion logic, and refresh cadence across data sources, including public sector signals like procurement activity, grant awards, and audit data
• Partner with Sales, BD, and Marketing to operationalize scoring and segmentation into territory views and outbound workflows, and treat field feedback as data

What You Bring

• You have 4+ years in go-to-market analytics, revenue operations, market intelligence, or a comparable analytical function
• You have built or maintained an account scoring, lead scoring, or propensity model and can speak to how it was validated and what you changed based on evidence
• You bring strong Salesforce capability, including reporting and a working understanding of the account, contact, and opportunity data model
• You work fluently in advanced Excel or Google Sheets and can query data directly using SQL or a comparable tool

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Familiarity with public sector markets, public procurement cycles, or government budget data
• Experience managing enrichment or intent data vendor relationships
• Proficiency in Python, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Hands-on use of AI tooling for research, enrichment, or unstructured data analysis

Location

This position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our Oakville, ON office.

Compensation Range: $110-137,500K
