You don't need previous automotive or sales experience—we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed. To help you get started with confidence, we provide a 3-month income guarantee of $3,000 per month while you complete your training. This guarantee is designed to ensure you can focus on learning the skills, product knowledge, and sales process needed to build a successful, long-term career—without the pressure of relying solely on commissions during your first few months.
What You'll Do
Welcome customers in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner
Help customers find the right vehicle based on their needs, lifestyle, and budget
Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process from start to finish
Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service and follow-up
Learn about our vehicles, financing options, and current promotions
Maintain accurate customer records using our CRM system
Work toward individual and team sales goals in a supportive environment
