Head of Global HR Development
The position is based at Royal Greenland’s headquarters in Nuukat.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop leadership development programs across the entire group.
- Plan and implement talent development and succession initiatives.
- Drive learning and development initiatives.
- Conduct employee well‑being surveys and monitor engagement.
- Oversee performance and development processes.
- Coordinate company‑wide educational initiatives.
- Manage occupational health and safety programs.
- Develop HR programs and tools across the group.
- Support the company’s strategic development through HR initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with HR Operations and HR Business Partnering to create real value across the organization.
Qualifications
- Solid experience in HR development, organisational development, or people & culture.
- Proven track record of driving HR development initiatives in large and complex organisations.
- Strong strategic and operational capabilities.
- Experience leading specialist or HR teams.
- Ability to navigate confidently in culturally complex environments.
- Structured, collaborative, and able to drive progress in tasks and projects.
- Experience working with senior leaders and creating engagement.
- Relevant educational background in HR, communication, organisational development, or a related field.
- Strong language skills are an advantage.
