As an OpenClaw Agent Builder, you will help train proactive, multi-step agents for complex architectural workflows. The work suits software developers and orchestration specialists with production experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write evaluation rubrics for autonomous agent behavior
- Debug agent traces across multi-turn interactions
- Stress test agents in real-world environments
- Provide clear technical feedback on system behaviors
Requirements:
- At least two years of relevant experience
- Backend engineering, AI automation, or systems integration experience
- Production-grade software with modular service separation
- Live, non-mocked multi-turn system experience
- Experience identifying privacy leaks and prompt injections
Use backend engineering, agent debugging, and technical feedback skills to improve OpenClaw systems through Outlier projects.
