Director Operations and Procurement Strategy

As the Director of Operations and Procurement Consulting at PwC, you'll bring extensive expertise to oversee complex transformation projects within the Ontario public sector. This senior role demands a strong capability to engage with public sector leaders, ensuring successful outcomes in diverse operational environments. You will be pivotal in building trusted relationships and promoting progressive change across a variety of institutions including agencies and healthcare organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee large-scale transformation programs across public sector institutions
• Build sustainable relationships with Ontario government clients
• Lead business transformation initiatives to improve service and productivity
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams for successful execution
• Drive engagement activities to identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
• 10-15 years in public sector transformation or operations consulting
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields; MBA is an asset
• Proven expertise in leading complex projects
• Deep knowledge of Ontario’s public sector landscape
• Experience in coaching and mentoring teams
