Clinical Lead for Systemic Therapy Services

Drive excellence in cancer patient care as the Site Manager for Systemic Therapy at the Allan Blair Cancer Centre. Ensure compliance and high standards of nursing practice. In the role of Site Manager, you will lead systemic therapy services, providing direction and support to your team. Your responsibilities include maintaining high standards of patient care through effective management and collaboration with healthcare peers across departments to enhance service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure high quality care delivery within systemic therapy
- Collaborate with health professionals for improved patient outcomes
- Maintain laboratory licencing and compliance with standards
- Inspire and support staff to achieve departmental goals
- Fill leadership roles during senior management absences
- Bachelor of Nursing; higher degrees considered an asset
- Five years of oncology nursing experience preferred
- Active registration with CRNS and BLS certification required
- Experience in supervisory roles within healthcare settings
- Strong focus on quality improvement and effective communication
