eDiscovery Specialist / Litigation Clerk (5+ Years)

We are working with a well-regarded boutique litigation firm seeking an experienced eDiscovery Specialist / Litigation Clerk with 5+ years of experience to join its growing team.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong litigation support and technical eDiscovery experience who enjoys managing document-intensive matters, coordinating productions, and supporting counsel through all stages of the litigation process.
Key Responsibilities
➡️ Managing electronic document collection, review, organization, and production across litigation matters
➡️ Coordinating eDiscovery workflows, including data processing, document review, productions, and privilege review
➡️ Assisting lawyers with document management for discoveries, motions, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials
➡️ Preparing and organizing large-scale productions, document databases, chronologies, hearing briefs, and evidence materials
➡️ Conducting database searches, quality control, and document analysis to support litigation strategy and file management
➡️ Liaising with external vendors, forensic teams, opposing counsel, court services, and internal stakeholders regarding productions and technical matters
➡️ Supporting litigation teams with trial preparation, hearing materials, and document presentation
Qualifications
➡️ 5+ years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, litigation clerking, or document management within a law firm or legal environment
➡️ Experience with platforms such as Relativity, Nuix, Case Center, Eclipse, Summation , or similar litigation support technologies
➡️ Strong understanding of Ontario litigation procedures, documentary productions, privilege, and evidentiary processes
➡️ Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage high-volume, document-intensive matters under tight deadlines
➡️ Strong organizational, technical, and communication skills
➡️ Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and litigation database systems
Ideal Background
➡️ Experience supporting commercial litigation, class actions, construction disputes, insurance defence, regulatory matters, investigations, employment litigation, or complex civil litigation would be considered highly relevant.
