Leadership Role: Assistant General Manager

Take charge of operations as the Assistant General Manager with Aplin, located in Innisfail, Alberta. Focus on operational leadership and compliance in the food manufacturing sector. - Drive daily production output and operational targets
- Ensure food safety compliance with internal standards
- Lead and mentor production teams and supervisors
- Work together with Sales and Supply Chain departments
- Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- At least 5 years of progressive food manufacturing experience
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations
- Experience in managing manufacturing teams
- Strong skills in analysis, problem-solving, and strategy
