Senior Payroll Specialist

Job Responsibility: The Senior Payroll Specialist is responsible for performing all activities necessary to ensure the accuracy and timely processing of KORE's US and Canada payrolls. Global Payroll experience would be a major plus!! ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Financial:

• Complete full cycle payroll processing for the organization in the US and Canada and ensure accurate and timely balancing of

each payroll cycle. This includes all payroll frequencies: Semi-Monthly, Biweekly and Weekly.

• Subject matter expert for all US and Canadian payroll tax.

Customer and Internal Stakeholders:

• Effectively respond to employee-related inquiries and provide effective support in resolution.
• Work collaboratively with other departments, including Human Resources and Finance to ensure that all payroll-related processes

are aligned and effective.

• Effectively support Finance and HR reporting and analytics, initiative and projects as required.

Business Process:

• Ensure all payroll is reviewed and submitted within the agreed payroll calendars for each payroll company code.
• Maintain all payroll files and other required documentation for auditing purposes.
• Support audit as required.
• Ensure government reporting and filings are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Effectively support Finance and HR reporting and analytics, initiative and projects as required.

Leadership and Learning:

• Stay up to date on changes to payroll regulations and compliance requirements in multiple countries.
• General accounting duties and administrative duties as assigned. Prepare payroll-related reports for analysis as requested.
• Back up other team members' duties as required.
• Willingness to learn Global payrolls as required.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelors Degree or Associates/Diploma in HR or Business with a focus on HRM

preferred, but not required

• Minimum 2+ years experience in a Global Payroll environment.
• Payroll Designation (PCP) is desired

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

• Proficient with MS Office applications, such as excel and work for preparing reports, memos, and letters.
• Understanding of payroll systems (ADP Workforce Now and ADP Celergo).
• Good communication, analytical thinking, problem solving skills, strong attention to detail.
• Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Energetic, enthusiastic and with a customer service focus attitude.
• Ability to learn global payroll to support Global payroll requirements.
