Senior B2B Partner Readiness Consultant

Help partner sellers demonstrate readiness for Kinaxis solutions through governed resources and measurable learning programs. Work remotely from Canada, the UK, or the US.
Kinaxis seeks an experienced senior consultant for Revenue Enablement in a complex B2B technology environment. You will connect partner needs with practical learning, including value messaging, discovery, qualification, competitive positioning, and co-selling. Collaboration spans partner, sales, marketing, product, operations, events, and subject-matter stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess priorities and recommend scalable partner enablement
- Deliver role-based readiness, accreditation, and certification experiences
- Improve quality and governance of learning resources
- Manage programs through design, launch, and reinforcement
- Measure insights and guide continuous improvement
Requirements:
- 8+ years in partner, channel, sales, or revenue enablement
- Senior-level ownership within B2B technology
- Strong communication, influencing, and program management skills
- Experience supporting global partner audiences or complex selling
- Enablement platform or enterprise SaaS experience is an asset
Use partner readiness strategy, instructional design, and cross-functional influence to build sustainable enablement foundations at Kinaxis.
