Centrilogic Senior Program Manager Role

Centrilogic is seeking a Senior Program Manager to guide complex client programs. This pivotal role requires a blend of strong leadership, financial acumen, and operational discipline. In this role, you will lead program delivery and ensure client satisfaction through overseeing working Project Managers and managing financial performance. Reporting to the PMO Director, you will be responsible for developing program roadmaps, identifying growth opportunities, and maintaining alignment with strategic objectives across various projects. Your experience in defining and tracking KPIs will be crucial for program success. Key Responsibilities:
- Own complex programs across multiple technical domains
- Lead Project Managers to ensure high delivery standards
- Manage financial aspects, including forecasting and budgeting
- Establish program governance and decision frameworks
- Drive customer success through effective delivery
- 10+ years in client-facing IT program management
- Proven experience in handling complex programs
- Strong skills in financial accountability
- PMP certification or similar credentials
- Degree in Engineering, IT, or a related discipline
