Become a Security Officer at Gateway Casino, ensuring a secure and welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff. This part-time role focuses on security across the facility and superior service. As the Security Officer, your primary focus is on maintaining a safe environment for all visitors while preventing theft and fraud. You will interact with guests, control access points, and respond quickly to any inquiries, all while delivering outstanding service. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a presence throughout the casino
- Monitor and control access to restricted areas
- Oversee alarm systems and issue keys
- Document incidents and maintain appropriate logs
- Provide necessary First Aid and medical attention
- Minimum 6 months in a security role
- Excellent level of customer service
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Current First Aid/CPR certification
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
