You are responsible for training, coaching and ongoing development of a team of sales associates. You have complete ownership of the new member experience. You are a team builder and fitness educator.**What will you be doing?*** Onboarding and ongoing development of a team of employees responsible for assisting new and current members toward achieving their health and fitness goals* Educating your team on sales, relationship building to drive new memberships and contribute to the financial health of the company* Support the General Manager in day-to-day oversight and management of the Club**Do you have what it takes?*** Previous sales experience is an asset* Demonstrated ability to set and achieve individual and team goals* Proven success in leading, training and motivating diverse teams* Passion for helping others, and a commitment to personal health and fitness* Creative, independent and able to think outside of the box* Committed to contributing to a culture that celebrates diversity, equity & inclusion and values giving back to communities* Ability to consistently live our Core Values of Caring, Happiness, Integrity, Peak Attitude, Passion, Personal Fitness and Trust **What's in it for you?** * Ongoing training and development to ensure a long and successful career path* Career advancement opportunities* Competitive Total Rewards Package* FREE Fitness membership* Fun and energetic atmosphere to come to every day!**Compensation:**It is expected that the selected candidate will start at a base salary of $47,000. This position is eligible for bonuses and commissions in addition to the base salary. The annual range of expected compensation for the position is $47,000 - $70,000 determined by performance, time in the position and variable compensation earned.
