We're Hiring: HVAC Outside Account/Sales Manager (Experienced)

At McKeough Supply , a proud division of EMCO Corporation , we are searching for a results-oriented HVAC Outside Account/Sales Manager who is passionate about growth, service, and long-term customer success.

About the Role:

As an HVAC Outside Account/Sales Manager, you will:

• Develop and execute strategies to generate new accounts and grow existing customer relationships .
• Serve as a trusted advisor , offering technical solutions, product recommendations, and insights that drive value.
• Be empowered with a competitive base salary + uncapped commission , allowing you to control your earning potential.
• Work closely with our vendors and network of over 250 Profit Centres , representing industry-leading HVAC product lines.

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of HVAC/Construction sales or account management experience .
• Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and build long-term customer loyalty .
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and passionate about helping others succeed.
• Comfortable working independently while also thriving in a team-first, customer-centric environment .

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 + Uncapped Commission
