Job Responsibility:
Job Overview We're hiring a Concierge Patient Coordinator at Kingsway Dermatology & Cosmetic Centre located in The Kingsway! Specializing in dermatological cosmetic procedures such as: Botox, fillers, bio-stimulators and lasers.
In this high-energy, fast-paced role, you will be the cosmetic clinic's welcoming voice and face, to guide our patient's through the patient flow. You'll handle phone calls, schedule appointments, track procedures, manage room turn over, support our doctors & technicians, and provide our patient's with premium care.
A strong working knowledge of cosmetic procedures is a huge asset to guide our patients with confidence. Familiarity with Accuro or Pabu EMR systems is a plus. We value proactive team members who take initiative to drive positive change.
