IQVIA Biotech seeks a Clinical Trial Manager II with oncology experience to oversee clinical study execution across global projects. The role involves managing trial operations, clinical teams, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder coordination for biotechnology and biopharmaceutical clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical trials per regulatory requirements, client contracts, and internal SOPs
- Oversee recruitment objectives and implement appropriate recruitment strategies
- Develop and manage project risk mitigation plans throughout trial lifecycle
- Ensure clinical trial quality by identifying standards, planning compliance evaluations, and addressing issues
- Manage clinical team resources, mentor staff, and facilitate effective team communication
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health sciences or related scientific discipline
- Five years of clinical research, monitoring, or equivalent combined experience
- Knowledge of project management practices and terminology
- Understanding of ICH-GCP regulatory requirements and clinical trial standards
- Strong grasp of clinical protocols and therapeutic aspects
- Ability to manage project financial aspects and budgeting
