We Hire for Attitude, Not Insurance Experience

Insurance can be taught. Drive, integrity, resilience, curiosity, and coachability are much harder to teach. You do not need insurance experience. If you're willing to learn, accept coaching, and put in the effort, we'll teach you everything you need to know.

Your Career Path

Stage 1: Obtain (or complete) your Property & Casualty licence, learn personal insurance, our systems, and begin building your client base.

Stage 2: Expand into Commercial Insurance while developing networking, business development, and relationship-building skills.

Stage 3: Obtain your Life Insurance licence and become a well-rounded advisor helping clients protect every stage of life. Compensation & Growth

• Annual base salary: $40,000 – $50,000 (based on experience)
• Commission Potential:  uncapped, based on sales performance with high potential
• Monthly and annual bonuses tied to office and team goals.
• Opportunity for  career growth into advanced sales roles
• Ongoing  training, mentorship, and career development within a supportive team environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build relationships with new and existing clients
  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities
  • Network within the community
  • Make outbound calls
  • Follow up consistently with leads
  • Educate clients and recommend solutions
  • Maintain detailed documentation and activity tracking
  • Participate in ongoing coaching and training
  • Celebrate wins with your team

Experience We'd Love to See

Sales, customer service, retail leadership, hospitality, banking, business development, or relationship management. Insurance experience is an asset but absolutely not required.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and computer skills, experience or willingness to use AI technology, valid driver's licence and reliable transportation, attention to detail, passion for helping people. Property & Casualty licence is an asset but not required.
