Rôle clé d'Architecte IT RH à Bombardier

Rejoignez Bombardier comme Architecte IT RH, en charge de l'intégrité des systèmes RH. Vous contribuerez à une performance optimale des opérations RH et des projets de transformation. Votre mission consistera à diriger la conception des solutions RH tout en assurant une conformité stricte. Avec une expérience solide en SAP, vous serez le point de contact unique pour les demandes IT, la gestion des incidents, et l'analyse des données. Vous accompagnerez également les équipes internes et fournisseurs dans l'optimisation des processus et des outils utilisés. Key Responsibilities:
- Assurer la conformité opérationnelle des systèmes RH
- Concevoir des solutions intégrées pour les processus RH
- Répondre aux demandes d'assistance et résoudre les incidents
- Collaborer avec le PMO pour les livraisons et les tests
- Gérer les licences des systèmes et le suivi des fournisseurs
- Diplôme universitaire pertinent en IT ou administration
- 7 à 12 ans d'expérience en environnement SAP
- Leader avec une expérience dans des projets RH complexes
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs fournisseurs et intégrateurs
- Bilingue en français et anglais, communication efficace
