IT Infrastructure Manager Opportunity at Trigo

Take charge of IT operations across the Americas with Trigo Quality Solutions as an IT Infrastructure and Support Manager. Ensure system scalability, cybersecurity, and seamless infrastructure management in this pivotal role. This hands-on leadership position combines strategic planning and operational excellence. You’ll work closely with global IT leaders based in France to implement the regional IT strategy while supporting the Quality Management System. Your collaborative efforts with Finance, Operations, and Sales will create an impactful regional IT environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the regional IT infrastructure projects
- Ensure secure inter-office connectivity and remote access
- Lead the implementation of cybersecurity frameworks and systems
- Optimize IT resources, vendor relationships, and budget reports
- Coach the IT helpdesk team to achieve excellence in service
- Minimum of 7 years in IT management or infrastructure
- Strong track record leading technical teams
- Expertise in Azure migration and management required
- Solid understanding of networking and security protocols
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant technical field
