Oshawa HART Hub Manager Position
Durham Community Health Centre
Make a difference as the HART Hub Manager at Durham Community Health Centre in Oshawa. This full-time role emphasizes leadership, community partnership, and trauma-informed service delivery. - Direct daily operations at the HART Hub
- Enable team members for optimal performance
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and audits
- Strengthen community ties with service providers
- Facilitate 24/7 staffing coverage and safety
- Undergraduate degree in health or social services
- Minimum 3 years in management within community health
- Experience with integrated care and wellness initiatives
- Knowledgeable in population health and health equity
- Must have a valid Ontario driver's license
