Senior Procurement Engineer II Opportunity

Step into a Senior Procurement Engineer II role at Framatome and contribute to evolving clean energy solutions critical for global sustainability. This role seeks professionals with over 8 years of relevant experience in technical procurement and supply chain management. You will define specifications collaboratively with design engineers, evaluate supplier capabilities, and ensure compliance with established quality standards. Additionally, you will address any technical issues that may arise during manufacturing processes, reinforcing supplier relationships and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Define technical specifications for materials and components
- Assess and qualify new suppliers through evaluations
- Troubleshoot supplier-related technical issues
- Implement strategic sourcing for complex designs
- Research and develop supplier panels for procurement needs
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline required
- 8+ years of procurement experience
- Proficient in interpreting complex engineering documents
- Familiar with nuclear industry standards and regulations
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
