Independent work and effective communication are key to this position. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the HRSD implementation process from end to end
- Guide clients with best practices for HR transformations
- Customize and configure applications like Knowledge Management
- Provide pre-sales support and thought leadership contributions
- Collaborate on integrations and dashboards for HR KPIs
- 4-6 years of relevant consulting experience; 2+ years in HRSD
- CIS-HRSD certification highly recommended
- Strong expertise in Employee Journey Management
- Extensive knowledge of HR data models and compliance
- Excellent workshop facilitation and communication skills
