As a Business Systems Manager at Peak Performance Products Inc., you will play a crucial role in managing our NetSuite ERP environment. This full-time, in-person position seeks a techno-functional leader adept in troubleshooting and enhancing systems within a dynamic distribution setting. You will interface with diverse teams to ensure successful implementations and improvements that drive operational success. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the IT team and align tech initiatives with business goals
- Own administration and troubleshooting of NetSuite ERP/WMS
- Support warehouse and inventory operations for accuracy
- Oversee custom developments and vendor coordination
- Manage cybersecurity solutions and incident response
- Minimum 3 years of extensive NetSuite ERP experience
- Strong understanding of distribution operations and workflows
- Proven ability to assess and improve business processes
- Background in managing IT teams effectively
- Familiarity with endpoint protection solutions
