Job Responsibility:
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Duties:
- Assist the Manager in day-to-day operations of the store
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly
- Perform cash duties as needed
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff
- Maintain inventory levels and order stock as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in restaurent management
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
