Warehouse Associate - Forklift and Order Picking

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Warehouse Associate who can support multiple areas of warehouse operations. The successful candidate must be comfortable operating high-reach and counterbalance forklifts completing order-picking assignments handling products manually and assisting wherever operational support is required.

This is a hands-on position suited to someone dependable safety-focused and comfortable switching between equipment operation and general warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate high-reach and counterbalance forklifts .
• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately.
• Load unload move and stage warehouse products.
• Put away incoming inventory in designated locations.
• Replenish picking locations as required.
• Verify product quantities item numbers and order details.
• Use RF scanners or warehouse inventory systems when required.
• Perform manual material handling and general warehouse duties.
• Regularly lift and move products weighing up to 5060 lbs.
• Assist with pallet building wrapping labeling and staging.
• Inspect equipment before use and report safety or maintenance concerns.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work area.
• Follow all warehouse procedures safety requirements and supervisor instructions.
• Support different departments and operational tasks based on daily requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience is required.
• Proven experience operating high-reach and counterbalance forklifts.
• Valid forklift certification is required.
• Previous order-picking and inventory-handling experience.
• Ability to safely lift up to 5060 lbs.
• Comfortable performing both forklift and manual warehouse work.
• Strong attention to accuracy and product handling.
• Dependable punctual and able to maintain regular attendance.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible and willing to assist with different warehouse responsibilities.
• Must meet all applicable legal and safety requirements for operating powered warehouse equipment.
