Sales Representative – Ottawa

Window Mart Windows & Doors is seeking an energetic, personable, self‑motivated Sales Representative for Ottawa and surrounding areas. This is a commission‑based position with performance‑based earning opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre‑qualified residential appointments to discuss client needs and assess renovation and replacement requirements.
• Obtain accurate measurements and calculate estimates for work required (training provided).
• Present and provide information on the company’s products and services.
• Develop sales strategies to help achieve company goals.
• Independently manage and reschedule appointments as needed.
• Make follow‑up calls with prospective and current customers.
• Build long‑term, positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Requirements

• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• One year of experience as a project manager or in a similar role (preferred, but not required).
