Ce poste requiert une expertise en services financiers et en transformation d'affaires, vous serez responsable de la conception et de l'exécution d'une stratégie à long terme. En faisant évoluer nos services, vous contribuerez à l'innovation numérique et à l'efficacité opérationnelle dans le secteur. Key Responsibilities:
- Concevoir et exécuter la stratégie de transformation
- Diriger l'amélioration de l'expérience conseiller et client
- Développer les capacités en data, IA et automatisation
- Simplifier les processus pour accroître l'efficacité
- Collaborer avec les dirigeants pour stimuler la croissance
- Expérience en gestion de patrimoine au niveau exécutif
- Maîtrise de l'écosystème canadien des conseils financiers
- Leadership dans des projets de transformation à grande échelle
- Expertise démontrée en transformation numérique
- Capacités exceptionnelles de communication avec la direction
