Director of Business Transformation at RSM

Lead transformative finance initiatives at RSM as a Director responsible for Intelligent Finance projects. Drive major changes in operating models, AI enablement, and process optimizations. As a key leadership figure, you will guide large-scale Intelligent Finance transformations, ensuring successful operating model transitions and the activation of AI in finance. Your role involves collaborating closely with executive partners to shape an adaptable, future-focused finance environment that effectively delivers measurable business change. Key Responsibilities:
- Own future-state operating model design and implementation
- Lead end-to-end business capability design across finance cycles
- Define organizational roles and data governance in modernized settings
- Own the Human-Centered Design workstream from mobilization
- Ensure transformation progress is measurable and aligned with goals
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10+ years in consulting with business transformation experience
- Proven record of leading ERP and AI-enabled project outcomes
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product backlog processes
- Experience engaging with C-suite executives and stakeholders
