The Job: Specialist, Business Process Transformation
We’re looking for a Specialist, Business Process Transformation to support initiatives that improve operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance business performance. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to the implementation of scalable solutions.
What You’ll Do
Process Analysis & Improvement
- Support current-state analysis to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
- Assist in applying process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
- Contribute to designing and implementing optimized workflows
Stakeholder Engagement & Facilitation
- Coordinate interviews and support workshops (e.g., kaizen sessions) to gather insights from stakeholders
- Collaborate with business teams to understand operational challenges and requirements
Documentation & Process Design
- Document workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process maps
- Support the development and rollout of new or improved processes
Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement
- Define and track key metrics to monitor process performance
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and reporting
Change Management & Adoption
- Partner with Enterprise Change Management teams to support adoption of new processes
- Help ensure successful implementation and sustained usage of process improvements
Research & Innovation
- Stay informed on emerging trends, tools, and technologies in process optimization and automation
- Support exploration of tools such as RPA to enhance efficiency
What You’ll Bring to the Table
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Curiosity and willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Understanding of process improvement concepts and methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Education + Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in operations or process improvement roles
- Experience supporting process improvement initiatives that drive efficiency and business outcomes
- Exposure to Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies is an asset
- Familiarity with process mapping and value-stream analysis
- Experience with data analysis tools and RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism) is a plus
