Operations Supervisor

- 12 graduation or GED (General Equivalency Diploma).
- Diploma or degree from a recognized institution in Civil Engineering, Local Government Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Five years of progressively responsible experience in municipal operations, including experience in parks, public works, and infrastructure maintenance.
- Experience in the management/supervision of municipal operations in a unionized environment. Experience administering capital and operating budgets.

You excel at coordinating priorities, solving problems, and building positive relationships with staff, contractors, elected officials, and the public. With a commitment to safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement, you can effectively lead frontline teams, support operational goals, and deliver reliable, high-quality services to the community.
COMPENSATION: $96,397.34 - $107,108.16
LOCATION: On-Site
WORK DAYS: Monday - Friday
